Who are we?
We are the Idaho State University (ISU) student chapter of ASPRS. The chapter is housed at ISU and membership is open to all students in the ISU ASPRS Region. We are affiliated with and work closely with the ISU Geopspatial Club.

What is ASPRS?
Founded in 1934, the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing is a scientific association serving over 7,000 professional members around the world.

ASPRS' Mission
The mission of ASPRS is to advance knowledge and improve understanding of mapping sciences and to promote the responsible applications of photogrammetry, remote sensing, geographic information systems (GIS), and supporting technologies.

Geospatial Club Mission
The focus of the ISU Geospatial Club is on the exciting field of geospatial analysis, including GPS technologies, GIS applications, and remote sensing of all types. These technologies can be applied in any field as powerful analysis tools for any spatially and temporally sensitive data. Our goal is the expansion of knowledge concerning the technology and responsible application thereof. More importantly, we are committed to community service and public programs providing professional exposure and academic support.
