Synopsis The goals of the Regional Geographic Initiative (RGI), are to determine the condition of the ground water in the Lower Portneuf River Valley Aquifer, which is the primary source of our local drinking water. The resulting data will help local governments make decisions, based on sound science and data, that will ensure we have clean, drinkable water into the future.
