Association software was designed to help understand the geo-spatial and temporal association observed among herd animals. In addition, this software addresses independence of animal locations by producing matrices that describe the observed dependence/association. To learn more about assessing the independence of herd animal locations, read "A Method for Assessing Independence of Animal Locations with Association Matrices".

Pre-requisites: Association Software was updated and re-compiled in 2014 using Visual Basic 6.0 on a Windows 7 workstation. The upgrade provides much faster processing performance. No operational problems have been identified. This version, release 4.0 contains a true Windows 32-bit GUI.
